OneSearch is the main catalog for the University Libraries. You can find multidisciplinary books, ebooks, articles, journals, conference papers, databases, and many other resources here.
FirstSearch provides access to a global catalog of 40,000+ libraries. Use it to locate materials beyond CU holdings and request them through interlibrary loan if unavailable locally.
Databases
The Wise Law Library offers more than 80 legal and other research databases. Search by subject, vendor, or database title.
CU Libraries offer access to more than 1500 additional, multidisciplinary databases. Search the University Libraries' databases by database title, keyword, type of resource, or subject.
Popular Databases
Westlaw Precision provides primary and secondary legal research sources. Access is limited to University of Colorado Law School students, faculty, and staff. However, the Law Library does provide public access to Westlaw on two (2) computers on the 2nd floor of the library.
Bloomberg Law is a web-based legal research platform from Bloomberg, offering primary and secondary sources with a legal focus. Access is limited to University of Colorado Law School students, faculty, and staff.
HeinOnline provides a vast number of legal resources, providing searchable scans of the original print version of current and historical materials.
The Aspen Learning Library provides digital comprehensive access to popular study aids, including series like Examples & Explanations (E&Es), Emanuel Law Outlines, and Glannon Guides.
This digital collection of legal texts from LexisNexis includes the Understanding Series and Questions & Answers. For practical application, the database contains guides on Colorado Practice.
West Academic provides digital access to a wide variety of study aids, including nutshells, case briefs, practice questions, audio/video lectures, and outlines for class preparation.Ìý
