Partnerships
At The Center, we believe in the power of collaboration to help every student succeed. That's why we work closely with a variety of departments across campus to offer even more mentorship and support opportunities. By building these partnerships, we’re able to connect students with resources, guidance and a welcoming community to help them reach their goals.Ìý
Center for African & African American Studies (CAAAS)
Our partnership with CAAAS includes co‑creating meaningful events that honor Black history and culture. Together with the Office of Leadership Support and Programming, we support the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation and collaborate on programming for Black History Month each February.Ìý
Center for Native American and Indigenous Studies (CNAIS)
We collaborate with CNAIS to co‑host events and programs that uplift Native and Indigenous students. This includes partnering with the Office of Leadership Support and Programming on Indigenous People’s Day activities and working together on events for Native and Indigenous Heritage Month in November.Ìý
Counseling & Psychiatric Services (CAPS)
Curious about what counseling is like? Stop by The Center on Wednesdays from 2–3 p.m. to meet with a CAPS counselor for an informal consultation. It’s a relaxed way to ask questions, learn about mental health resources and get connected to support.Ìý
CU Lead Alliance
We partner closely with CU Lead Alliance programs to help first‑generation and undocumented students feel connected, supported and empowered. Together, we offer community‑building opportunities, resource navigation and support across campus.Ìý
