Things to Do
For those of you not making it out to Cabo or Cancun for spring break, don't despair; Colorado has plenty to offer. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures or something to distract you from the inevitable beach photos clouding Facebook, these events will provide plenty of opportunity to get out and enjoy the week off.
If you simply can’t wait for "Game of Thrones," the CU Classics Club is here to satisfy your historical needs. The CU Energy Club will hold its annual Energy Frontiers Conference, and don't miss a local discussion of the "Cowspiracy."
This week I encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and immerse yourself in an area of campus life you would usually ignore. Enjoy some comedy or check out one of the many Cultural Events Board-sponsored events.
After our brief reprieve from the cold in January, the snow has returned, and the snowshoes are back out in force. Luckily for us, Boulder is well-equipped to deal with winter weather, and therefore there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy yourself this week.
This coming week’s events are a testament to the diversity of interests we have at CU. As the snow beckons, bundle up and try something new, as CU-Boulder gives you multiple different ways to explore what all our facilities have to offer.
This week, test your vocal skills in a venue more daunting than your shower, celebrate Valentine's Day with more exciting alternatives to dinner on Pearl or support the hockey team as they face off against the CSU Rams.
