PC Student Assistant Manager - Experiential Marketing
Position Type: Student Assistant II
Compensation: $17.60/hour for approximately 10 hours/week at most
Undergraduates only. Work Study preferred but not required.
The PC Student Assistant Manager - Experiential Marketing is responsible for maintaining duties related to oversight of promotional events like PC’s Thrifty Thursday series and other pop-up brand activations by external vendors. In addition to general oversight of managing expenses, revenues, and other business documents for these experiential marketing events, this position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining Program Council contacts records for existing and prospective external vendors. This position will meet regularly with UMC and CSI finance professionals to ensure all financials are properly managed.Ìý
This position will work irregular hours at times, including evenings, late nights, and weekends.ÌýÌý
Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage revenue streams from the booking and management of the PC Thrift Thursday event series and other promotional events like pop-up brand activations by external vendors
- Maintain and oversee the facilitation of business documents through Program Council entities, including but not limited to invoices, Scopes of Work, vendor agreements, etc. for experiential marketing events
- Support oversight of accounts payable and receivable for Program Council experiential marketing event accounts, including following up on all invoices/revenue streams and completing all paperwork to ensure payment of vendors (e.g. Scope of Work Form, etc.)Ìý
- Catalogue existing contact information and promotional event records of current participating external vendors (thrift vendors and other off-campus business interests)
- Pursue and catalogue contact information for leads on additional prospective external vendor partnerships within the Boulder and Metro-Denver communities (including any potential relationships with independent/small businesses that are owned and operated by CU students and alumni)
- Meet regularly with UMC and CSI finance professionals to ensure Program Council’s budget and financials are being appropriately maintained
- Assist the PC Student Associate Manager - Marketing in booking sponsors and other external vendors for the annual Welcome Fest concert
- Assist the PC Student Associate Manager - Operations in coordinating day-of-event operations for sponsors and external vendor brand activation assignments as part of the annual Welcome Fest concert
- Meet regularly with UMC and CSI finance professionals to ensure Program Council’s budget and financials are being appropriately maintained
- Other responsibilities as assigned

PC Student Graphic Designer
Position Type: Student Assistant I
Compensation: $17.07/hour for approximately 10-12 hours/week
Undergraduates only. Work Study preferred but not required.
The PC StudentGraphic Designer is responsible for creating all the necessary marketing materials (print and digital) that are required by Program Council to successfully promote its events, programs, and involvement opportunities. Program Council activities include large scale concerts, small concerts, weekly film screenings, promotional events, volunteer, and staff recruitment, etc. This position is a key part of the PC marketing department and will require someone who can generate quality designs quickly and efficiently, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple projects at once.Ìý

PC Student Multimedia Designer
Position Type: Student Assistant I
Compensation: $17.07/hour for approximately 10-12 hours/week

The PC StudentMultimedia Designer is responsible for creating all multimedia content that is required by Program Council to successfully promote its events, programs, and involvement opportunities including but not limited to photography, videography, video/photo editing and design, and website design/management. Program Council activities include large scale concerts, small concerts, weekly film screenings, promotional events, volunteer, and staff recruitment, etc. This position is a key part of the PC marketing department and will require someone who can generate quality designs quickly and efficiently, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple projects at once.Ìý

PC Student Crew I
Position Type: Student Assistant I
Compensation: $16.82/hour for approximately 10 hours/week at most
Undergraduates only. Work Study preferred but not required.
PC Student Crew members will be trained in all aspects of production management, which include stage assembly, audio visual set assembly, and associated power and data cabling for lighting and audio rigs to support various live events (most notably, the awesome concerts put on by Program Council). Crew members are responsible for attending scheduled training sessions, events, and meetings. Crew will work closely with the PC Student Assistant Managers and will have the opportunity to equalize live shows and program lighting rigs for events. Staffing assignments will be managed and organized by the PC Student Assistant Manager - Crew.ÌýÌý
This job can, at times, require, some heavy lifting. No prior experience is necessary, but it is always appreciated. This position will work irregular hours, including evenings, late nights, and weekends
Position Duties & Responsibilities
ÌýServe as production assistants and general event support for large-scale and recurring Program Council events across the Live Entertainment, Late Night, and Traditions and Community departmentsÌý
ÌýServe as production assistants and general event support for events which Program Council is contracted to support, including Production Services requests managed by the Program Council Production DepartmentÌý
ÌýSupport event production by constructing stages, assembling audio visual sets, and laying cable for lighting/audio rigs.Ìý
ÌýProgram Council Crew II will have at least a semester of experience with Program Council and may assume additional responsibilities while staffing events including equalizing live shows and program lighting rigs for eventsÌý
