Lori Weigel is the Principal of New Bridge Strategy, a woman-owned and operated research firm based in Colorado. Weigel has special expertise in talking to Americans broadly, and conservatives and rural voters in particular, on issues related to conservation – from public lands, wildlife, water and climate change. This has included research on behalf of dozens of well-known conservation organizations to private companies and trade associations. Her research has helped pass conservation finance ballot measures in states as varied as Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Utah, Alabama, Maine, Oregon, New Mexico, New Jersey, Montana, and Colorado. She has spoken about voters’ views of conservation at numerous conferences and briefings, including at the Department of the Interior, Agriculture and Energy, on Capitol Hill, at the Outdoor Retailers Conferences in Utah and Colorado, and to the boards of many conservation organizations.
